OMG: Britney Taken in Ambulance for Mental Evaluation
TMZ was there as Britney Spears was wheeled out of her home last night on a gurney by paramedics. Look at that shot of her inside the ambulance — she’s smiling! What in the world is the problem here?

The incident occured after a three-hour custdy standoff with Kevin Federline - Britney REFUSED to give back her kids. The police were called, Britney went crazy, she was hauled off for mental evaluation, PRAISE GOD.

Once in the ambulance, paramedics tried to strap her legs down before taking off.
Britney was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on a “medical hold” — essentially a mental evaluation. Cops found her yesterday evening at her home under the influence of an “unknown substance.”
Cops were called to the popnightmare’s home in Beverly Hills last night after she reportedly refused to return custody of her two kids to their father’s bodyguard. Several police cars escorted the ambulance out of the neighborhood, followed by throngs of paparazzi who were trying to get “the money shot”.
As Britney was brought out of the ambulance, she flipped off the waiting paparazzi. OMG. That Britney’s shameless!
K-Fed was at the hospital to check on her. Sean Preston was taken away in a VW Bug. Jayden James was hospitalized for unknown reasons.
(Yes, we REALLY believe that Britney needs a break - and we think she’s about to get one.)
