Lance Bass Confides To Britney
Lance Bass came out to Britney Spears before he told many of his other friends that he was gay. How did that happen? Well, because he felt bad for her and everything she was going through at the time. Unfortunately, that was the last time they spoke.
In a Q&A session created by GQ, Lance told the story: “It was the night of her first wedding, actually. I was in Vegas with her, her dancers, her manager, and my boyfriend at the time . . . Her manager had already gotten rid of [her first husband] Jason [Alexander] - they’d flown him home.
“Britney was upset about what she had done. I felt bad for her. I knew she was about to go through a lot of crap; I felt the need to share something.”
“So I sat her on my bed, and I’m like, Well, I’m gay!”
Britney was “surprised. I was always the Southern gentleman.” But now the two rarely talk. Lance said, “I tried. She’s my neighbor in Beverly Hills. She lives next door. I tried to get in touch with her - I wanted to be that friend to help her.”
Apparently Britney just isn’t interested, which I think is unfortunate because Lance could totally help her, right? I mean, he deals with scrutiny. They live next door to each other. He could help get her on the straight-and-narrow. He could definitely advise her in the style department.
What do you think about this? Should Lance be more proactive about helping Britney?

I wonder how he tried. Do you think he walked next door with a fresh baked cake, some coffee, and a shoulder to cry on? Or do you think he had his people call her people? How hard can it be to get in touch with your neighbor, even in Beverly Hills?
I think Lance–like everybody else lately–is riding Britney’s coat tails to grab some of the light from her SuperNova. He’s a has been singer and a failed cosmonaut–he’d walk down the street naked if he thought anybody would pay any attention.

i disagree, this is a man that well grew up with brit and although its said that ppl change maybe something from her past would help remind her of where she comes from and get back in touch with her roots
