I was just looking back through some old posts that I wrote about Britney, and did I call it or DID I CALL IT?

Back when Britney and Paris were friends, in those first days of crotch-exposing yore, Paris taught Britney how to pole dance. She strapped a blue tutu on Britney, and donned a matching one herself, and they went at it. Nevermind that Paris has a stripper pole installed in her home – that’s neither here nor there – because way back then I predicted that Britney would use her new stripper moves in her next video. Paris Hilton, former party pal of Britney Spears, apparently feels bad for Britney and her custody situation (if you remember, Paris used to LOVE hanging out with Brit’s kiddos). In fact, Paris feels so bad for Britney that she ordered a bouquet of chocolate flowers to be delivered to Britney’s house to try and “cheer her up�?.

I don’t know about you, but chocolate flowers always do the trick for me. Forget about a personal visit or phone call from a friend who cares. (more…)

Paris and Britney may have once been buddy-buddy, but rumors have it that the two are rivals. While Britney checked herself into rehab several weeks ago, Paris has been ordered to jail - for the second time - several minutes ago.

Paris was ordered by Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer. When he issued his verdict, clearly unhappy with the sheriff who released Paris after only serving three days of her 23-day sentence, Paris let out a shreak and began sobbing. During the entire ordeal, she had been trembling already.

She kept whispering “I love you” to her parents, which did nothing to save her, and eye-witnesses say she was literally dragged out of the courtroom. What’s more, Judge Sauer has demanded that Paris serve a 45-day term. Has he revoked her previously reduced sentence?

After a high profile stint in rehab last month, the singer kick-started a vigorous new exercise regime - including regular dance classes - to help her shed unwanted extra pounds. But when Spears stepped out in LA in a lavender sundress with a plunging neckline, it was clear that her weight loss has also taken a toll on her formally buxom cleavage.

Hollywood.com reported Britney Spears reportedly cut all ties with socialite Paris Hilton after she realized their hard partying was doing no good for her image.

The singer became a regular on the Hollywood club scene last November–shortly after filing for divorce from estranged husband Kevin Federline–when she was seen hitting the town with the hotel heiress and actress Lindsay Lohan.

But according to a former P.R. representative of Hilton’s socialite pal Kim Kardashian, Spears allegedly ended the friendship as soon as she saw her reputation plummet, reports The Scoop.

And Jonathan Jaxson also claims Spears tried to contact Kardashian when she was in New York, but her invite to go out together was turned down amid fears Hilton would get upset at her exclusion.

He says, “Britney had her people contact Paris and say they couldn’t hang out anymore.

“Britney was in N.Y.C. and kept texting Kim to hang out and go bowling or something.�?

Less than 48 hours after grabbing the world’s attention by shaving off all her hair, Britney Spears has been seen partying in a blonde wig.

The troubled singer wore a cheap Marilyn Monroe-style hairpiece to cover her newly shaven head as she drank cocktails at the exclusive Polo Lounge, before going to a karaoke night in Los Angeles nightclub Roxy.

Onlookers said the 25-year-old visited the toilets several times with friends but her good mood darkened when the DJ played one of her biggest hit singles, ‘Hit Me Baby One More Time.’

A source revealed: “Britney was enjoying herself until the DJ put her song ‘Hit Me Baby.’ onto the karaoke machine. She ignored pleas to perform the song and, with a face like thunder, she stormed out.”

The real reason for Britney’s absence from the front row seat reserved for her at the Heatherette show at Fashion Week was not the expected presence of Paris Hilton. Rather, it was a reality check doled out to the Princess of Pop by heiress-model Lydia Hearst. Apparently Hearst doesn’t think Britney is a good enough role model to be given such an item.
