Ohhhh. Osama Mad!

As we mentioned previously, Britney’s estate has filed for a restraining order against Osama Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, as well as their lawyer. On Tuesday, February 3, Lutfi filed lawsuit against the Spears, apparently in retaliation, for Defamation and Breech of Contract according to the LA Court documents. He is also claiming libel, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, saying that “Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed o destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life,” that “provided Jamie with the opportunity he needed to obtain an appointment as Britney’s conservator.”
Awwww, poor Sammy-boy… his widdle feelings was hurt!
The papers further claim that despite Jamie and Lynne accomplishing their objectives, they continue the smear campaign, and so he’s forced to act to defend himself against their “persistent attacks”.
His main claim of defamation is that the book “Through he Storm” by Lynne Spears had damaged his reputation, because of he allegations that she makes about Lutfi’s control over Britney, allegations he calls “lies and fabrication”. It’s caused him to suffere an “unfathomable amount” of ridicule and scorn, and he claims o have received numerous death threats from Britney fans - oh, and he can “no longer ind work as a counselor of at-risk teens”. Awww.
Oh, and those Battery allegations? Apparently Sam says that Jamie burst into Britney’s house and punched him in the chest, causing “unjury to his nervous system and person” while Jamie screamed about a comment made to Lynne the night before. Oh, and he hasn’t gotten paid for being Britney’s manager either - an agreement he says was verbal, yet confirmed by a text message on Oct. 13, 2007. His lawyer, Bryan J. Freedman made statement that there was overwhelming evidence from independent witnesses that will prove his case, too.
Sounds like a bunch of sour grapes to me -how ’bout you?

Sources at UCLA Medical Center tell TMZ Britney Spears has been classified as “G.D.” - Greatly Disabled. That is a huge and dangerous deal. That means the patient is unable to take care of basic needs, such as the acquisition of food, clothing or shelter. Being G.D. is one of the criteria for involuntary commitment.
In case you’re having a hard time keeping track of all these reports about Britney, whether she’s
