FOXNews.com has reported via TMZ.com that various Internet gambling sites are now betting on who will be the father to Britney Spears’ next child.

Topping the list is Britney’s month-long flame Isaac Cohen, with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, coming in at a close second.

Also on the list? Hugh Hefner, President George W. Bush, Perez Hilton and Mel Gibson - though those four aren’t in the top rankings.

Hollywood.com said that Britney has reportedly demanded an entire wing at the California rehab center where she is undergoing treatment be cleared–for her privacy.

The “Toxic� hitmaker, who was admitted to the Promises Clinic in Malibu last Tuesday and readmitted again on Thursday after checking herself out the day before, doesn’t want to mix with other patients, according to press reports.

An insider told British newspaper The Sun, “She wants all the rooms on her wing. It will cost her hundreds of thousands (of dollars).�

Spears was recently visited at the clinic by her estranged husband Kevin Federline and their two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The Drudge Report reported that tormented Britney Spears has been driven to the brink amid fears she could lose her kids.

Sources close to the singer — who bizarrely shaved her head BALD over the weekend — say she is struggling following the breakdown of her marriage to Kevin Federline.

And she is terrified her estranged hubby will take sons Sean Preston, one, and five-month-old Jayden James from her.

Lawyers for Kevin, 28, have been portraying Britney as an unfit mother in a bid to help him win custody.

Star Magazine reports Britney Spears’s wild times in NYC continue! The mom-to-two got so out of control while partying at the Meatpacking district hotspot Tenjune on Feb. 10 that she had to be escorted out of the club by her driver, according to the New York Post!

“She got there around 12:15 a.m., was drinking champagne, dancing and hanging out with friends,� a source tells Star. “And around 3:15 a.m. and took her new CD out of her bag, got on the microphone and just said ‘Hey, guys, it’s Britney!’ The crowds reaction to her new song was positive!�

Not so positive? That same night, according to the Post, Brit forced a minion to clean vomit out of the star’s car — just weeks after she reportedly vomited all over the ride of ex-beau Isaac Cohen, who blamed the mess on an exploded peanut butter packet!

According to reports, Isaac Cohen dumped Britney Spears - by phone!

We’ve heard rumors before that the two had broken up when really they hadn’t, but this time I think the reports are true. Why?

1. Isaac didn’t accompany Britney to Vegas last week, even though in the past he’s partied there with her in the $40,000 Hefner suite.

2. Isaac didn’t accompany Britney to NYC this week, choosing instead to stay in L.A. and take care of her dog? WTF? Who does that? Her dogs probably have nannies.

Rumors are swirling that Isaac has been looking to get out of the relationship for a while, proving that he really WAS just in it for the fame. A friend of Isaac’s told OK! magazine:

“It was a bit much for him,” he tells OK! “There was a lot of drama - it was too much of a whirlwind. It wasn’t one thing in particular.

“He likes her. They had a good time together. He was doing his best to help her out - but there is only so much one person can do.”

Issac will not get back to “Hanging out with the guys and riding his dirt bike,” says the friend.

Isaac has also told friends that he just wants to focus on his career - working and auditioning. Apparently, he’s hoping this brief stint of fame will help some producer take interest in him.

US Magazine spoke to Jennifer Sypal, Isaac Cohen’s highschool sweetheart between 1999-2000 who told the magazine that Isaac has always been into Britney. In fact, he even liked calling her (his former girlffriend) “Britney” because he thought she looked like the real popstar…
