TMZ was there as Britney Spears was wheeled out of her home last night on a gurney by paramedics. Look at that shot of her inside the ambulance — she’s smiling! What in the world is the problem here?

The incident occured after a three-hour custdy standoff with Kevin Federline - Britney REFUSED to give back her kids. The police were called, Britney went crazy, she was hauled off for mental evaluation, PRAISE GOD.

Poor Britney – she really was the last to know. It turns out that even Kevin Federline knew that Jamie-Lynn was pregnant before Britney did.

A Federline family insider said that Lynne Spears called Kevin on Monday to tell him the news because she wanted him to be prepared for when Britney found out her little sister was pregnant.

Britney reportedly still calls on Kevin during difficult times and the news of Jamie-Lynn’s pregnancy was expected to shake up poor Britney. She learned that her 16-year-old sister was three months pregnant when the rest of the world did, on December 18.

The insider says Kevin is still prepared for fallout. He expects Britney to flip out any day now and blame her mom and dad.

Yahoo! News just reported:

Child welfare investigators are looking into “multiple child abuse and neglect” allegations in the custody battle between Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline, according to court documents released Tuesday.

In a request to unseal parts of the case file, an attorney for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services wrote that there are concerns about the safety and welfare of the two toddlers, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, if they are left in their mother’s care. (more…)

Troubled pop star Britney Spears will be allowed to spend Christmas with her two sons, according to US reports.

While ex husband Kevin Federline continues to maintain full custody, a judge granted the Toxic singer access to Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, on the upcoming holiday.

Britney currently has three weekly visits with her sons, including one overnight stay, all supervised by a court-appointed parenting monitor.

Britney and Kevin were not present at the hearing, leaving their lawyers to thrash out a deal at the The Superior Court in LA.
It’s a minor win for Britney, who has struggled to prove to the court that she is a responsible mother after regularly failing to turn up for mandatory drug tests. (more…)

More court documents in the ongoing custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were released Thursday, which revealed some intimate details about their finances.

• Federline, earned more than a half million dollars in 2006, mainly from entertainment and endorsement deals – but minus business expenses, he only grossed $7,436 that year.

• Spears earns approximately $737,000 per month.

• Federline receives $15,000 a month in child support payments from his ex. (The amount may change, depending on how much more custodial time he ends up getting.) He is entitled to child support payments until Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, become adults, since Spears is the higher earner.

• The documents also reveal that Federline earned $3,300 in royalties in 2006 for his debut song “Popozao.�?

Commissioner Scott Gordon has given Spears two visits per week, from 12 noon to 7 PM and one overnight visit. The visits will be monitored.

Spears and K-Fed are ordered to figure out holiday schedules with the kids.

Britney must submit evidence that she child-proofed her pool area by Friday.

In his order, the Commissioner wrote that when Britney has the kids, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.�? The Commissioner also recounts what the parenting coach complained of — that “during all three of my visits Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.�? (more…)

LOS ANGELES - Britney Spears defended her parenting and chastised her critics, lamenting “how cruel our world can be,” in a brief interview on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show Wednesday.

Spears, always photographed but rarely interviewed these days, also spoke about her new album “Blackout” during the seven-minute talk, during which she giggled frequently as her assistant, Alli Sims, and friend, Sam Lufti, laughed and shouted in the background.

When “American Idol” host, who has a morning radio show on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles, asked Spears if she was doing all she could for her children, Spears replied, “Oh God yeah.”

“People say what they want and do what they do and it’s sad how people, how cruel our world can be,” she said. “At the end of the day … you’ve just got to know in your heart that you’re doing the best you can and that’s basically it.” (more…)

US Magazine reported on Friday that Britney spent Thursday running errands with her boys Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 2, like any mom without a care in the world. The family hit a pumpkin patch in Calabasas, California, at around 1:30 p.m. Britney popped out of her car briefly, but the boys stayed inside, a source said. (Uhhh, photo op? Britney Spears arrived at the Beverly Hills Hotel Wednesday for her first Parenting Without Conflict session.

“She’s not nervous, she’s actually looking forward to it,” says a source close to the former princess of pop.

Britney’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, was reportedly at the hotel as well, which totally makes since because the court ordered them both to take the class. And I doubt the court is about to conduct the class twice, just so they don’t have to see each other. I mean, right? They see each other all the time anyway, what with them having CHILDREN together and everything, so seeing each other in a classroom really isn’t that big of a deal. Or is it? (more…)

Roseanne has become vocal about Britney Spears, and her words aren’t limited to Britney’s parenting skills. Rather, she is quite opinionated about the disservice Lynn Spears has done for her daughter. The open letter was published on Roseanne’s blog and calls for Britney to get clean, get sober, and for Lynn to get her daughter [Britney] “straightened out.” I have to wonder: does Roseanne write and publish this blog, or do assistants do it? Does Roseanne even know what is written here? In any case, here’s what she had to say:

“The judge is trying to teach you a lesson, shut your mouth and learn it! You are a bad mother, and so is your mother! Get your shit together and take care of your kids!! Your mom needs to lock your spoiled ass in the basement or wherever it is that you cannot get anymore drugs. Stop drinking immediately too! If you are too weak to do that, then you are no better than a crack whore on the street, and your mom should stop pimping your ass and do what mom’s do…lock up your kid, and sit there with her for as long as it takes to get her right!!! Get guards around her to sober her up! SIT WITH YOUR KID, MOM! AFTER YOU AND HER DAD PIMPED HER OUT LIKE JON BENET, SIT THERE WITH HER AND STRAIGHTEN HER OUT…THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!! Yesterday was a whirlwind for Britney, and I’m going to attempt to sum it all up here, nice and pretty:

• As she headed into court, Britney said, “I’m doing good.” For court, Britney was dressed in blue jeans, a long black sweater and aviator sunglasses. She sipped from a Coca-Cola can as she approached the courtroom. An attorney took it from her and placed it on a bench as she entered.
• As Britney was sworn in, she allegedly played nervously with her jeans pocket. I’m not sure if this was rehearsed or not, but I think her nervousness, coupled with her reported “soft and respectful” voice, played to her advantage. It’s becoming obvious that Britney understands the seriousness of these court hearings and this custody battle.

• The visits will be cut short if the monitor deems any behavior or action by Britney endangers the children.

The children are the center of a custody dispute between Britney and former husband Kevin Federline. This week, Kevin received temporary custody of the boys, but both he and Britney were ordered to return to court later this month for an update in their custody battle.
