Britney Spears is a “hot mess�? who needs to “stay home with her kids,�? an L.A. spy confided. Last weekend, the scantily clad pop tart not only flashed her panties at paparazzi but also let her sundress slip several times, baring her nipples to the cameras.

On Saturday (June 16, 2007) night, Spears went to a bar, Lola’s, where it is rumored that she and two friends downed martinis like water and partied till the wee hours. Spears’ frustrated rep has decided to take a hiatus, but generously declined comment on Britney’s behalf.

There are new fears for troubled Britney Spears after she was reportedly seen downing shots of booze after a disastrous comeback gig. The singer, who recently spent time in rehab, enjoyed a wild party in Miami into the early hours of the morning. She hit Mansion in South Beach at about 2.15am before heading to SET for an all-night bash.

Here Britney downed “Purple Hooter shots - part vodka, Chambord and 7-Up”, according to the Miami Herald, an American newspaper. The Herald provided further details about Britney’s antics at the club: “She asked the DJ to play Bob Sinclair’s Hold On, Fergie’s Glamorous and ‘anything by Nelly Furtado”.

“She was doing lots of shots and dancing around like a crazy lady, she’s definitely back on the scene.” Earlier that night Britney performed a rather shambolic gig at Mansion. And we’re told the DJ belted out Justin Timberlake’s new tune Summer Love the minute she walked off stage.

After her gig Brit headed to the Raleigh Hotel in a skimpy black bikini at about 1am for a dip in their pool. Then she went back to Mansion, wearing a red bandana dress and fedora to cover her blonde hair extensions.

SET was her final destination, where she stayed in the VIP room, which has a huge glass window overlooking the crowd, until 5am.

Monster and Critics reported that Britney Spears’ concert at the House of Blues in Orlando on Saturday night had several performance hiccups.

Perez Hilton was tipped by several concert goers that Britney, like Ashlee Simpson, who lip-synchs her live performances with her prerecorded vocals on CD, had the unfortunate accident of her CD skipping.

“This happened not just once. Not just twice. But four to five times! During her performance of Do Something,�? says Perez Hilton.

Britney left Promises rehab center Monday (March 12, 2007) evening to attend an AA meeting held at a church in Pacific Palisades, CA.

Britney rode to the meeting in a white SUV owned by the rehab center. The meeting last from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. During a break in the meeting, Britney chatted with other attendees and smoked.

Britney wore a knee-length light grey strapless dress with high heeled brown pumps to the meeting. Her head was covered by a white cap, her eyes were hidden behind the usual large celebrity-esque sunglasses, and she wore a black hoodie to help deter paparazzi.

Britney entered Promises rehab facility for the third time on February 22, 2007, has now spent nearly three weeks there.

Britney has been in rehab for the past seven days (good for you, Brit!), but was all smiles when paparazzi caught up with her last night. The Poplette took her first field trip (that we know of) last night.

Where did she go?

To an ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS meeting in Santa Monica!

I think it’s wonderful that Britney was smiling and looking so happy - and dare I say - even happy to see the paparazzi?

She was dressed in typical Britney style: blue jeans that hit at her hip and were a bit snug (her body looks great!), a short-cut beige top that showed her midriff, and an olive padded jacket. She wore a brunette wig under a thirties style tweed cap and carried a white and blue floral clutch.

Her left hand peeked out from beneath the padded jacket and revealed ink drawings all over it – Britney’s been doodling on her hand! The drawings included the word “PUSH,” which may be a reminder to Britney to push through her illness, to push herself to get healthy for her career and (most importantly) for her children!
