Britney’s Visitation Rights SUSPENDED
Y’all. Us Weekly is reporting that Britney’s visitation with her children has been suspended for violating the judge’s Order somehow. It is not known how Britney has violated the Order, though I have a guess. (See below!)
The order suspending her visitation came a day after Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, called for an hour-long, ex-parte hearing in Kevin and Britney’s ongoing custody battle.
Britney is due BACK in court on Friday, October 26th.
Jes’ guess: I think this has something to do with Britney’s commentary about the judge. While trying on clothes at Neiman Marcus on October 11th, an US Weekly reporter overheard the following conversation between Britney and her assistant, just 45 minutes after Britney left the courthouse. Regarding L.A. County commissioner Scott M. Gordon, Britney opined:
“I hate my judge. He is so mean. Just an old fart. He told me I was being catty with him, but he was being catty with me and paid me no respect at all.�
Britney’s verdict?
“His job is to sit there and tell people what to do. And that’s just so sad, because he gets off on it.�
I don’t know about you, but I think Britney should save THOSE conversations for her home – NOT for public dressing areas.

Great minds think alike, Jes! My mom actually called me all the way from America to tell me this news, and that was my first guess, too. Her remarks were distinctly unflattering, and though he is supposed to remain impartial, I had a bad feeling when I read that report in the weekend (though her having her dog messengered in from Malibu did give me a chuckle–that was a real Britney moment).
Let’s hope this whole mess can be put behind her quickly. She needs to focus on the upcoming album, and a custody battle that’s not going her way can only be a hindrance.

I’m thinking only one thing, drugs. Either she failed a drug test or she is refusing to take one, I think that’s the only way a judge could justifiably keep her from seeing her kids at all! And that’s my understanding, she can’t even go to Kevin’s for a supervised visit and see her children. Britney just reminds me so much of Anna Nicole Smith but no one tried to take Anna’s children away from her. My husband just thinks people are picking on Britney.
