Britney’s Life Is Compared to Anna Nicole’s

There’s this feeling of ‘I did it.’ ‘People like what I do. They support me.’ They take risks because they feel invincible. Fortunately, Britney’s not doing things that are life-threatening.�

Or career-crippling. If Smith’s life and career proved anything, it is that America loves and appreciates human frailty in celebrities.

“All the country wants to know is that they’re human,� says Katz. “We all do things that aren’t in the best interest of ourselves and our lives.�

“A hit record will erase all of Britney’s bad behavior,� he adds. “If she can create great [work], she can come back from anything.�

What could save Spears from ultimately jumping the rails is something Smith didn’t really have - a fairly strong support system.

jamie-lynn.jpgThough her parents are divorced, the family remains close. Like Britney, who was a child star on TV’s The Mickey Mouse Club in the 1990s, younger sister Jamie Lynn is also an actress. Jamie Lynn is currently starring in the Nickelodeon series Zoey 101, and also sang the theme song “Follow Me” for the same Nickelodeon show. Her sister, Britney, penned the lyrics for “Follow Me.”
