Britney Spears’ Visitation Order: STRICT

Britney Spears is shown in this frame grab from a TMZ.com video as she arrives at the Four Season Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on October 3, 2007.
Today, Court Commissioner Scott Gordon released a visitation order for Britney Spears. Mainly, it stated:
- Britney must be monitored at all times while she’s with 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James.
- The visits will be cut short if the monitor deems any behavior or action by Britney endangers the children.
The children are the center of a custody dispute between Britney and former husband Kevin Federline. This week, Kevin received temporary custody of the boys, but both he and Britney were ordered to return to court later this month for an update in their custody battle.

Sheesh, does that judge think Britney’s gonna pull a Susan Smith or something?!? Britney’s got her problems, but she wouldn’t dream of harming or endangering her kids. If she had any sort of inclinations in that direction, we’d have heard all about it by now–and that time she almost dropped the one (Sean, I think) was just the sort of thing that could happen to anyone. She just has the bad luck to live in a fishbowl.
Anyway, let’s hope we hear lots of good reports about her being a good mother, and let’s hope, too, that her lawyer releases some “clean and sober” test results. My, this whole thing is really overshadowing the release (video out on Monday) of Gimme More.
