It seems Miss Spears knows what she’s doing after all - despite her shameless open legs, despite her upcoming divorce, despite her partying lifestyle, despite her tragically unhip fashion sense - she was named for the 5th time in the past six years as one of Yahoo!’s top searches. This year, in fact, she was named as the NUMBER ONE overall search, over celebrities and public figures, even over the top news stories of the year.

If that stats of BritneySpearsWatch.com are any indication, I’d guess that most Yahoo! searches went something like this:

britney spears panty
