Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Reach a Divorce Settlement

Britney and Kevin have reportedly reached a divorce settlement agreement - and it is half of what was originally rumored!

The out-of-court divorce settlement with her soon to be ex-husband Kevin Federline. The divorce deal is said to be worth nearly $13 million dollars. The settlement includes an up-front lump sum of $2 million dollars, which is half of the money that Britney Spears earned during the couple’s two-year marriage. The settlement also includes half of the value of their marital home in Malibu. Additionally, Britney and Kevin reached an agreement to share custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

It is rumored (though not confirmed) that Britney will have primary custody of the children and Kevin will have full visitation rights.
